Leica D-Lux 4 Titanium shipping for $995

If you are a Leicaphile and an LX3phile too, and you have money to spend on cool cameras, then you be thrilled to know that the Titanium Leica D-Lux 4 is shipping at Amazon.com for $995. As of the time of writing, there's only one unit left in-stock by Amazon herself, however other 3rd party sellers there (Adorama, Ace Photo, 17th Street) are also having it in-stock.

The Titanium kit costs $300 more than the standard D-Lux 4 kit ($700), but it includes a Titanium gray case and strap.

You can also get it for the same price directly from Adorama.com.

Meanwhile, the B&H Photo website lists it as "discontinued" and has no ordering option for it.

We have plenty of information on D-Lux 4's cousin, the Panasonic LX3, such as the LX3 diary and list of reviews.

Silver LX3 in-stock right
We have an update! The standard LX3s kit has sold out, but there are two B&H kits that are still in-stock. To keep things less chaotic, all the latest updates will be posted at this deal alert blog post. This update is posted on 9:50pm eastern on Sunday. This post is not updated automatically.

Original post follows: And while we are on the topic of the LX3, the silver model can be yours for $430 with free shipping from B&H Photo. The price and stock status is as of the time of writing, and it is not updated automagically. If you notice any change and you don't mind, please let us know so we can update it.
